Cancellation Policy

CUSTOM FOAM INSERTS

Custom foam inserts are individually engineered and manufactured to order. This process begins within 5 days of your order and the actual milling begins after 5 days. Because of this, all custom foam insert purchases may be canceled within 5 days of submitting the order for any reason. After this period, all purchases are final.

STANDARD PRODUCTS

Standard products such as pre-made foam inserts, cases, accessories, and apparel ship as soon as possible, typically within 3 to 5 days of purchase. GunFoam.com does not guarantee the ability to cancel orders of standard products within any given timeframe. If a standard product has already shipped it is subject to our standard product 14-day return policy. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
